For short-term rentals we work from your listing photos, so beds, towels, and staging come back exactly the way guests booked them. You get photos of the finished property plus a note on anything damaged, missing, or running low, before your next guest arrives.

Second homes and seasonal properties get a different plan: a full open-up clean before the season, light maintenance while you're using it, and a close-down clean when you leave.
